What You'll Do:
- Assist dentists during general, restorative, cosmetic, and other dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient appointments.
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow proper sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment procedures, and post-operative care.
- Anticipate the needs of the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Build positive relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
- Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration required.
- A genuine passion for patient care and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and anticipate the needs of others.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
- A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to support others.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe clinical environment.
