About the Job
We are seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist to build, lead, and expand comprehensive HR services for healthcare providers throughout the Nashville area. This leadership role will partner with clients to develop HR strategies, ensure compliance, improve employee experiences, and provide expert guidance on workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and growth of comprehensive HR services for healthcare providers.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to clients on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to healthcare organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and payroll regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Resolve complex client employee HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, technology, and service offerings to better support clients.
  • Stay current on employment law changes and proactively advise clients on compliance and risk management.

Location & Work Eligibility:
  • Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
  • Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
  • U.S. work authorization required.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
  • Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).

For over 35 years, we have offered comprehensive services to propel the businesses of our clients who include dentists, doctors, and chiropractors.  We provide financial statements, tax recommendations and filing, practice consulting, payroll and human resources services as well as retirement and pension services.
